Smart city development is part of the digital transformation which leads a to data driven, digitalised, and AI supported society. A smart city covers a wide range of technologies such as individual wearables, smart appliances, smart homes/buildings, smart campus, and smart communities. The transformation relies on the innovations and engagement from everyone in the society, where students as the future owners who plays a crucial role in shaping a smart city.
The 1st CAFEA Young Talent Smart City Forum jointly organised by CAFEA Smart City Limited and Cyberport Academy of Cyberport will be held during 15-16 July 2021 in Cyberport, Hong Kong. University of New South Wales Digital Grid Futures Institute is the strategy partner and research collaborator of the Forum.
